Ordering
How ordering works
We sell to registered businesses. There is no online checkout: you send an inquiry, we reply with an offer, you confirm.
- Send an inquiry. Use “Inquire about this product” on any product, or send us your full product list with quantities.
- Receive an offer. Sales replies with prices, current availability, best-before dates and a delivery date.
- Confirm and pay. First orders are paid in advance. Regular customers can move to agreed payment terms.
- Delivery or collection. We deliver across Germany and Europe, or you collect from our warehouse in Bitterfeld-Wolfen.
Order units
- Every product lists its format and, where available, pieces per case and cases per pallet.
- Full pallets get the best price. Mixed pallets are possible on request.
- Frozen products travel on separate refrigerated transport.
