Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all deliveries by Getränkegroßhandel Eisenmann GmbH to business customers (§ 14 BGB). We do not sell to consumers.

2. Offers and contracts

Information on this website is not a binding offer. A contract is concluded when we confirm an order in writing or by delivering the goods.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted individually per offer, in euros, plus statutory VAT where applicable. First orders are paid in advance; other payment terms by agreement.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms (Incoterms 2020) are stated in each offer. Delivery dates are approximate unless expressly agreed as fixed.

5. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Inspection and complaints

The customer must inspect goods on receipt and report visible defects without delay (§ 377 HGB).

7. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction: to be added.
